Over the past year, we have moved from Talaxy and ParentPay to Arbor, and we want to ensure you are getting the most out of this new system.

If you haven’t started using Arbor yet, you can download the app on your phone or access it via a computer. If you need an Arbor account to be created, please contact us at office@tahs.i2e.org.uk

To assist you, we have created a guide to help with the payment section in case you encounter any difficulties. 

Arbor Features for Parents

The Arbor app is designed to help you stay informed and engaged in your child’s education. Through the app, you can access:

• Attendance: Track your child’s attendance, including absences and late arrivals.
• Academic Progress: View grades, test scores, and other assessments.
• Behaviour and Conduct: See reports on achievements and areas for improvement.
• Timetable: Access your child’s class schedule and subjects.
• Homework and Assignments: Stay updated on upcoming work.
• School Communications: Receive important news, events, and announcements.
• Progress Reports: View regular academic and personal development reports.
• Payments: Pay for meals, trips, and school shop items such as revision books and performance tickets.

We believe that Arbor will provide you with the tools you need to support your child’s success and keep you connected to their school experience. We encourage you to explore the app and take advantage of its features.
