Inclusion Support Assistants

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Inclusion Support Assistant to work alongside teaching staff, providing essential support to both pupils and teachers.
Responsibilities:
Support pupils’ personal needs, health, and well-being, including first aid.
Assist in implementing individual learning, behaviour, and support plans.
Help maintain classroom discipline and support pupils’ learning progress.
Organize extracurricular activities and accompany pupils on school trips.
Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and achievements.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
First aid knowledge (training provided if needed).
