Site Supervisor

Permanent Role – Full Year
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Site Supervisor to lead and develop our site team, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the school’s premises. You will plan and prioritise own workload effectively, while supporting and developing others.
Key Duties
- Maintain the security, safety, and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds
- Carry out general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, painting, decorating, plumbing, and joinery
- Support health and safety across the site, including regular compliance checks and adherence to statutory requirements
- Manage contractor relationships, including obtaining quotes and overseeing scheduled works
- Procure and manage site resources, tools, and materials
- Perform routine pool maintenance, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met
- Lead and develop the Site Team
About You
- Experienced, practical, reliable, and self-motivated
- Effective management and leadership skills, with the ability to support and develop team members
- Excellent hands-on maintenance skills across a range of trades to carry out in-house repairs and upkeep
- Strong communication and organisational abilities, enabling efficient coordination of tasks and clear interaction with staff, contractors, and suppliers
