PASTORAL, WELLBEING AND MENTAL HEALTH
Emma Young – Head of Wellbeing and Behaviour

As our Head of Wellbeing and Behaviour, Mrs Young works closely with students, families, and staff to create a positive, supportive environment where every child can thrive.
Our Pastoral Team

Our dedicated Pastoral Team is committed to ensuring every student feels supported, valued, and able to thrive throughout their time at school. The team includes four Pastoral Welfare Officers and three Heads of Year, who work closely with students and families to provide guidance, encouragement, and support with wellbeing, attendance, behaviour, and any challenges that may arise. We are also proud to have Miss Matthews, our qualified Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA), who provides tailored emotional support to help students develop resilience, confidence, and the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
